Does anyone know where I can get a fuel tank built to mount on an f650 that we already have?

Not sure of tank requirements but would like dual containment for gas and diesel if possible. Also interested in any governing regs for design/fab if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Congrats on the look.

Call a Commercial Truck dealer near you, they'll have a line on installing a tank.

I had a custom aluminum fuel cell fabricated by these guys. Great service, reasonable price.

They have some stock sizes or can fabricate to your dimensions and/or sketches.

Locally, Hollingsworth truck and equipment on Perkins can help.

Aerial Hydraulic's (yep, that's the way they spell it) in Jefferson does good work but they are slow.

unless you are looking for some really big tank, I don't think there are any particualr governmental requirements for that...

since your main threat would be puncture during a wreck, dual containment would probably have to be double walled tank, which wouldn't be functional...

just go some place that farmers frequent (like a co-op) and buy the shite....

I think you can carry up to 100 gallons without placards.

Find prefabbed tanks and have a fab shop retrofit them. Probably the easiest and cheapest way
