CSB-

Went to the local Frostop today. Using the old school 'order, wait in your vehicle and pick it up when we call your number' method seems to be doing really well for them.

Heck, I remember getting food from there just like that over 40 years ago. Old school seems to still work in Corona times.

Can't believe we haven't seen more restaurants doing the Sonic method.

I’d love to see Frostop make a legitimate comeback.

I worked at T-Willies Frostop in Jackson for 3 years in high school days - over half a century ago. One of two in Jackson. Other was a Frostop, and T-Willies was a Frostop with a different name.

Good times. Good crew, Great burgers, fries, hotdogs, fish, shrimp, and BBQ sandwiches.

Then the Root Beer served in frozen mugs. I would mix Frostop Root Beer syrup (5 gallons?) with simple syrup in a Stainless Steel 55 gallon drum about once a week. That fed the drink dispenser, that chilled it and added carbonated water.

Frostop in Laplace is still going strong 61 years from the day it opened. Onion rings are the GOAT
