I had this question posed to me today. From a strict state cultural standpoint, what 10 states should marijuana be legalized? I said all, but to play by the rules, I'd tried my best to form 10. What do you think?
California
Oregon
Washington
Colorado
New Mexico
Texas
Florida
Alaska
Hawaii
Vermont

Looks about right. A lot of people would guess texas would be more conservative about it but in my experience, people would much rather regulate and tax the shite out of it if it meant their property taxes went down by one cent.

Residents of the states already have enough going for them.
If there's anyone who needs a pick-me-up from a joint, it's someone living in rural Mississippi, Iowa, North Dakota, Kansas, etc.
At least there is plenty of fun shite to do in those aforementioned states.

Alaska
RI
Vermont
Oregon
DC (if that counts)
Montana
Colorado
Washington
Mass.
Cali
(In that order, because that's their order in per capita smoking. Actions speak louder than words.)

Texas gov Abbot this week said "as long as I'm gov, it will never be legal here. "
Drain the swamp. He prefers opioids instead

No states. Mexico legalized it and look what a shithole it is

That chooses to legalize it through its own state laws. The winning play is to make this a 10th Amendment argument.

No Nevada? Everything else is legal here...

The state in which I currently live.

MS, AL, and GA have the most fertile black soil in the nation, so those.

That disgusting piece of human-shaped shite won't even support true medical marijuana. I wish another tree would fall on his evil arse.

Louisiana would be a fricking win. Think about Nola and the revenue alone that would be created.
But it should be legal in every state

Kansas City
Texarkana
Missouri City
Virginia City
California of Pennsylvania
Washington, IL or IN or IA
Alaska, NM
Alabama, NY
Montana, WI
New Mexico, MD
Marijuana use is so prevalent nationwide that the OP's question is an exercise in futility in 2016.
