Why does none of this article say murder, except in reporting the prosecution argument against lowering bond?

teen stabbing case?

it ain't that he "allegedly stabbed"... he's accused of killing somebody.

We shall see. I'm confident that the members of this community will do the right thing by bringing justice and closure to this heinous event.

I think the defense wont stop until venue is moved and jury is at/near 50% minority

It's unclear exactly what the contents of the comments made against Tucker were ... but the judge reportedly turned her X page private shortly after Monday's hearing, presumably due to them.

I never saw the judge’s criticism or any threatening posts, so I don’t know if this is a proper precaution or an overreaction to quiet criticism. It may end up being nothing beyond some harsh criticism or typical trolling. It may also end up being little Dominique’s brethren wanting to force a venue change by stirring up crap. I read that some of their neighbors weren’t happy about the judge pushing him back into their neighborhood or block. I truly doubt anyone in Collin county is actually contemplating doing her harm, and at most may have gone overboard on social media which they will have to account for. Glad to see the FBI is back to caring about threats to judges even though this one isn’t a federal judge or certain Supreme Court justices like when Sniffer was president.

I also never saw her private and personal info out there. Judges’ properties are masked as far as who the owner is in Collin (regular owners don’t have same privilege, and records are searchable online). I am not sure if that’s automatic or if they have to ask. I can’t see why she would not have asked if required. Knowing address combined with what kind of private info was allegedly leaked they will be narrow down possibilities of who leaked the info.

We are not going to know for a while, according to the DA.

quote:

“The reason I would like the trial here is because I want Collin County citizens, the people that care the most, I want them to decide the case,” said Willis.

“If there is a trial, it may be a year, 2 years, or maybe even 3 years down the road. It’s at that time the judge will decide whether or not the person accused can get a fair trial,” Willis continued.

Interesting that he used the term "If". If there is plea bargain, then 1st degree murder is definitely off the table.

Because like all Progressives, our media is pure evil and will gaslight you to no end.

The media, along with the progressive political apparatus, will see to it that not only will this kid get off for this murder, but this kid's family will get generationally wealthy while the victim's family is put through a living hell.

Just wait until the riots start and people like Kamala Harris get on TV to start another fund raiser to free the rioters.

This has only just begun, and it is going to get way worse.

an f&i manager at a big dealership can make BIG money

What do they do besides closing up financing, warranty, and paperwork with the customer that would be worth paying them big money?

That is all I know about the position which is why I thought neighborhood was pricey especially for someone who had just moved from Baton Rouge a few years ago for better opportunities as per the dad. Due to pushing add ons and warranty over most of the process I honestly thought it was a position for a poor to average salesperson who was decent with numbers and paperwork. Once our salesperson warned us of the push by the finance manager but then added that he already told him we had a cashiers check for total which should limit push. At another pretty large dealership we used for a purchase there was a finance manager wanting a full time sales position on sales floor to make more money.

A lot of folks on social media are already convinced this kid is the same as Kyle Rittenhouse.

Hence the problem, people are dumb and can't understand nuance or the law, so they perceive some injustice has taken place if this kid is convicted.

Are they going to riot in Frisco? It is very spread out and very suburban. Also has a heavy Indian flavor at this point. I can't imagine enough people will care to riot there unless they bring in outside agitators.

I'd lock my car doors driving through Frisco. Unfortunate poors can be unpredictable.

Yeah. I think the PD would shut it down quickly. Plus there is only one street to the downtown. Downtown is actually pretty nice now. I want to try that steakhouse in the Old white house.
