After reading the statement from the Police Chief, I'm surprised they are even charging him. It's not their place to give opinions on what happened prior to the GJ meeting to determine if charges are warranted.

Now the murderer has a go fund me according to UK Daily Mail today. And the white boy didn’t die of the knife hanging from his heart, no, he died of ecstasy. Some people will shamelessly say anything to appear the victim when they are the perpetrator. It’s sickening. We are nearing the End.

Would hope not But it was posted as fact and it's in this thread so figured the OP would've taken it down had it been a fake.

I believe that's a third degree felony in Texas.

I'm confident the Grand Jury will return an indictment in this case for first degree murder and that a conviction will follow, along with an appropriate sentence.

We as a community simply want this tragedy adjudicated expeditiously so we can move forward knowing justice has been served.

If it isn't death, it isn't appropriate.

I don't trust grown men with hair like that unless they are an athlete. And then just barely.

I would not do business with someone with that hairstyle. I just won't take you seriously.

First degree murder is not a capital offense in Texas and thusly the max sentence is life in prison.

If you commit murder while committing another felony, like armed robbery, that is capital murder and punishable by death in Texas.

He was trying to rob these kids, while armed, then threatened and killed one.

Seems like a death case to me.

That said, I also disagree with first degree murder alone not being a capital offense.

He was trying to steal their stuff that they were keeping in their "locker room" area. That's where he was. They told him to leave because he had no business being there.
