Well generally my boss doesnt like when I swear or speak rudely in emails, so the friendly reminder route it is unfortunately.

I hide some rediculous nuggets in my work plan / accomplishments just to see if I can get some buzzword bingo praise from somebody for stupid stuff. I started 3 years ago and so far I am 6 for 6 for turning said rediculous achievement into a conversation and getting praised for it
Its always a real thing I did, but a very minor thing.
You gotta find joy in it somehow.

Heres a friendly reminder to not let the little things eat you up. You’re gonna stroke out early if this kind of thing bothers you.

It might be an opportunity to upgrade staff, especially in customer service positions.
Use discernment, though.

Why do people have to send out friendly reminder emails? Happens all the time at work and more times than not by the same person.
So you're saying you routinely don't get jobs done on time?

Nah. Some people need a good un-AI-edited public flogging every now and then.

Phone calls are better, in-person is best, if possible.

Obviously you’ve never had to manage/baby sit lazy people like yourself. Do better and you won’t receive those emails.
