I bet if there was no beer or vodka there your arse wouldn't live there
So you're right. But fortunately there is in Texas so if the job and money were right, I'd be there asap

But to be fair, if a whole state went completely dry, not many people would live there. Just my opinion

You'll make a lot more money staying in Houston.

I do like Houston. It's an awesome city but I miss my family and friends
And I definitely won't find a job making what I was so I may as well go home. The cost of living is cheaper there

Not really.
I guess it all depends on a more specific location though.

Well what in the MONKEY frick? people should stop feeling sorry for you and start asking for beer money. You're gonna double dip the frick outta the capitalist society when you get a new job. Get em girl.

Houston is entirely too big for my taste.

Les stop judging people by your own way of thinking or by OT standards.

Well my rent was like $400 cheaper in Shreveport and you do a lot of driving here and I only get 14 mpg
That's a fair amount less imo

It's really not that bad if you live close to where you work.
I was probably a mile from my office building, so had no commute, was near Rice so there was lots of shopping and bars. I really didn't ever need to leave my neighborhood unless I wanted to.

I should just change the title to make it the lunch thread but I got a PM the last time I did it so pass

Ready for tomorrow bro.
HC is right you just have to stick to your area and it isnt bad. I generally stay in my hood but if I want to go downtown its an easy 20 minute drive.
