When my kids were in elementary school, they walked to school each day. No matter where my dog was, or what he was doing. At the exact same time every day, he would suddenly get up and sit and stare at the front door. His nub would start wagging, and 2 minutes later, the kids would come through the door and he would go crazy on them.
How he knew the exact time, I'll never know. He did it every school day.
