Found out I have unclaimed money from state, $100. Wanna pass link to see if you have any

Ain't a scam. It's legit. Read about that the state is holding unclaimed money at times. Searched my name and saw I had $100. You can search your name on link below. Got it mailed to me and deposited via banking app. Some people even found out they own $500k+. Each individual state has one so search your state and unclaimed property on google to see. Below is link for Louisiana.

Bonus meme: the unclaimed money is taxable income in the year you receive it. Make sure to report it on your tax return.

I have $100 owed from a deposit on an apartment in college but I am hesitant to put my SS # on this website for such a small amount.

Always wondered, if they have all of this unclaimed money that they want to return, and have the addresses for the people that are owed the money; why can't they notify them?

I looked my name up in a zip code I lived in more than 10 years ago and sure enough it showed that I am owed less than $25. Just got the email stating that I'll get my $10 check within the next 2 weeks.
