Fortis Baton Rouge HVAC program?

I have a family member looking into the HVAC program. Any reviews? 11 months 18k, better options?

As far as an HVAC program, it can be a great trade level career that will always be in demand.

I work for a company that provides training equipment for HVAC programs among other programs like welding, automation and cosmetology.
Stay the hell away from Fortis, Laurus and the other for-profit colleges. I don't trust any of them to be around in a year. BRCC will provide a good education for about half the money.

18K? I must be missing someting. Are there no Community Colleges in BR that have HVAC programs? I'm pretty sure that in the NOLA area you could go to Delgado or Nunez for a lot less than that.
