In the article at the link they talk about her business. She ran a company that helps people "declutter". You pay her to go with you to your storage facility and figure out what to throw away, what to keep and what to sell.
Strangely enough, I know a crazy chick here in Baton Rouge that does the same thing. Must be some anti-hoarder crazy gene.
