Might depend on their definition of local. People from place like Houma or Picayune deliver food and Uber in New Orleans all the time. Bigger market to make money. By someone's definition that person wouldn't be local. Or could have just been bad info or a DL that hadn't been updated.

Talk about overreaction. He will probably lose his job if it’s true, and may face some minor charge for throwing hands. He will still be a millionaire and will probably land on his feet somewhere. Hell, even Michael Vick is back in the game now
