A former Memphis police officer who was arrested outside the White House on Sunday with nine firearms in his car believed the CIA implanted a chip in his head, according to court documents.

Timothy J. Bates, 37, of Collierville, Tenn., appeared in court on Monday facing a felony charge of illegally carrying a rifle or shotgun. He also faces a number of state weapons charges.

Defense has mri, showing chip.

Then what?

Provenance of weapons. Santa, flea market, cia.

Does this guy go to mental hospital?

Seems he would get out of prison in a year or two otherwise.

Guy told the Secret Service he needed the Secretary of Defense to help remove the pet tracker chip they put in his head. Wow.

Not too odd for regular OT readers.

I wish I had a nickel for every time Owlvis has posted here about the things the Secretary of Defense has implanted in him...

The chip implanted in the brain belief is apparently a common psychotic condition. I've run into it before.

From a psych article:
quote:

An example of delusional thinking, then, might be a patient thinking that the CIA has secretly implanted a computer chip in his or her brain. Although the delusional patient can have a head x-ray or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) that would prove that there is no chip, he would continue to insist and react to the notion that a chip is implanted, and that the head imaging must have been wrong, or even that the chip might have been invisible to MRI detection.
LINK

Yet, there could be truth to it one day: "the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (is) developing a controversial, cutting-edge brain chip technology that could one day treat everything from major depressive disorder to hand cramps". LINK
