This dude completely lost it and out of the blue murdered some innocent jogger at a park that he had never met. It was obviously senseless and random. He even called 911 himself. Unless I read that he had been searching for a person to kill for thrills or something. I'm just gonna go ahead and feel bad for him and the victim.
He didn't shotgun someone to death while committing a robbery or steal a car, rob a bank, and rape someone.
