That's odd. My wife drives a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited and it does not have this tech. Not that I am aware of.
We turned off the cruise assist because it is freaking annoying to have your car decelerate when you're not the one applying the brake. First time it happened when I was driving it messed me up.
