maybe it's time to re-invent the government. Let's see what we can do with 25% of the employees, no early retirement before 65 !

The state budget in every state has been completely blown. Even states that don't have income taxes, still have a loss in sales taxes, and property taxes are going to go in the crapper once the foreclosures start.
