2010 F150 282k. Probably needs some new breaks but nothing major. Just be gentle with the acceleration...

2008 GMC Sierra with 169k miles. Weird shift from 2-3 and starting to get low oil pressure randomly. Repairs are approaching a new car payment, plus I’m getting 16mpg currently. I might pick up a Camry or Honda this summer if gas doesn’t get back to $3 soon.

I have an old 2000 Dodge Dakota. It was a flooded vehicle, but my uncle took it apart and completely cleaned it out. He sold it to me in 2005. It has 420,000 miles on her. I call it ole Betsy or Frank the tank.
I brought it to a mechanic recently here in Prairieville and he was in disbelief that it was still running. Said the 4.7 V8 engine was one of the worst engines built. Should have crapped out on me at 150,000.
I do use an Engine cleaner every other oil change. Been doing this for 15 years. The first time I used it, I had clumps falling out after the first oil change and started getting 2 miles epr gallon better on gas mileage! I have no idea if that is why it has lasted so long, but I definitely ain't going to stop using it now.
I also have a Dodge Challenger I use on the weekends, but I keep her cleaner and low miles on her.

2010 Toyoto FJ Cruiser with 132,000 miles replaced my 98 Jeep Wrangler with 270,000 miles that I would still be driving if a 17 year old didn't pull out in front of me just over a year ago.

2008 Tundra double cab with 189,000 miles. Only regret now is that I wish it was a crew max as my kids have gotten older, but that’s really not a reason to get rid of it.

2011 Nissan Altima ~131k miles that purchased brand new. I perform all the basic service myself(oil, coolant, brakes, etc).
Have the transmission fluid changed every 75k mi.
I use Mobil 1 full synthetic high-mileage oil, and Mobil 1 filter with an approximately 5k mi. change interval.
I did bring it to shop for front shocks because screw that; but I will change the rears soon myself.
God willing I hope she’ll see 200K+ miles.
Will look at getting a mid-size truck after she goes if these insane prices ever come back down from the stratosphere.

2004 Tundra 290,000 miles. I need 4 new tires, and am debating whether I want to do that, or get something new.

2005 F150, 170k miles and runs great. Could use deep interior cleaning and possibly a new passenger seat, but it still runs like a charm.

Dude I love all the new shite. I didn’t think I would and was the same way until I bought my 2017 F-250 loaded out. I put more shite in my 2022. Hell I got rid of my 2017 with 64k miles because of the bigger screen in the 2022’s
Vehicles, particularly trucks and SUVs, crossed a threshold of what I'm willing to pay over the past 5 years or so. I could afford to pay it, I'm just not willing to. I have never paid more than 35k for an automobile

2006 Honda Civic
170k miles
A/C doesn’t work. Radio doesn’t work.
Still gets 30+ MPG though. Great for gas bills.

This is kind of where I’m at myself. I would be willing to pay maybe 40k(or whatever the equivalent of 40k is once our lovely fiat currency inflation run is over).
I thank God that I’m tall, handsome, and well-endowed(like the rest of my OT brethren). Times must tough for the compensators out there.

Zero costs in repairs to this date however she is starting to show some signs of age. Lifter slap at startup but goes away after 30 seconds.
