Another idiotic argument. If every murder, or the vast majority of murders were committed by people with the last name Killinsky, many would be looking to stop those losers from procreating (for you pit bull owners, that means having children)

So what you're saying is, if 99.9% of Killinskys were good people, you would kill them all off? Sound logic. Also, there are about 15 breeds of "Pit Bull". Did you know that we have outlawed the aggressive breeds? Basically "killed them off"? I hate shitty owners and aggressive breeds just like you do. Simple fact is, my dog is not any more dangerous than a Rot or German Shepard.

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying, JEEZ. So we got rid of the aggressive, dangerous pit bulls huh? Great, now the only pitbulls we have are nice, and don't kill people. Thanks for the tip, meathead.

I love how high you set the bar. My dog is not any more dangerous that a Rotweiller. You are sounding dumber with every post.

You’re a dog owner.

It’s almost 2020 and owner is inappropriate now.

Governor is the acceptable term

Calling me a meathead is laughable.
It's been a decade since I've lifted weights in a gym. My job and hobbies keep me in shape. I have no intentions of trying to be "cool", some of us gave that up after high school.

I don’t really care about the dog topic. I just came to comment on using the word breaux spelled like that. I bet you are a humongous douche.

I love how you cherry pick a random dog I chose vs making an actual counter-argument. Facts matter. It's hard to debate an idiot without dumbing it down.

As a breed, pits are. Sadly it's bred into them

Most of their aggression is toward other dogs.

BreedS with an S. All are not equal Roger. APBTs are not dangerous whatsoever. They have a great temperment.

You are correct, I am sorry I dumbed it down for you, to no avail. Good night Einstein.

That's actually a pretty good comeback. I'll give you that one.

FWIW, my pitbull was adopted from my neighbors. She wasnt a dog I went out and selected.

She is also super well loved by everyone on our street. Shes very friendly and popular.

Her worst trait is that she likes to hump other dogs even though she is fixed... it's possible she is a dyke.

However, there are also a lot of great owners who will have dogs that will never be an issue. A lot of the responses in this thread are pretty pathetic.

This. Stafford Terriers are an awesome breed. The worst bite I’ve ever seen come into the ER was from a Dalmatian.

When a pit goes off, they completely lose it. For at least some period of time, the owners commands aren't heard

This is very true. We have a bull boxer, mostly pit. As someone else said we didn't set out to get a pit. We were told it was a boxer puppy. Anyway, our boy is nearly six now. 80lbs of muscle and nerves. We have to keep the energy levels low around him. They are genetically different He was raised in the kindest way possible. But he still loses his mind once a week for one reason or another and it takes him a while to calm down. We keep tight control of him and manage him the right way. Would not have another but he's ours now.

This pit mix from the pound is sweet to everyone, including small dogs. Truly mans best friend.

I have only known 4 pits (2 were terrible and 2 were great)... not a good batting average but it’s a case by case basis for me)

The responses in this thread are truly insane haha.

I do not own a Pit Bull, but my stepson's Dad does. That Pit Bull is currently staying with us while they are in Missouri for the holidays. I have a 4 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and a 6 month old baby.

My wife is the original owner of the dog, which is now 11. They divorced when the dog was 3. Her ex took the dog after they separated.

This Pit Bull is the nicest, most lovable dog I have ever seen. It's more lovable than my own dog towards our baby. (before you idiots start I do not even leave my baby alone with my own dog. He stays in my arms because all they do is lick him)

There is 0.000000000000% this dog would ever cause harm towards another human or another dog. I do not care about your stats or how you feel about that comment. I've been around this dog for 7 years... I know and I have seen how gentle it is around everyone and everything it encounters. It legitimately has the sweetest soul I have ever seen.

I understand why all of you paranoid freaks are the way you are, because I see the stories about what the breed has done. But to sit here and call people scum because they own a certain dog is pathetic.

Not all dogs are the same, regardless of what breed it is.

Downvote away you vaginas.
