Are you single? If so, Accounting is the place to go

No clue... I've been a production superintendent in aircraft maintenance for most of the last 9 years, with some flight chief duty sprinkled in there... so probably some type of job similar to a production super.
If you enjoyed doing that there is a good chance that you’ll hate finance work.
PM is probably more closely relatable to your military experience.
EDIT: like others have said, really think through what you might want to do as a civilian. I know you’re just trying to check off a box but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it while getting something useful.

What you don’t like about purchasing?
Trying to get into procurement eventually when I get some work experience.

I doubt I'll be doing either job type when I get out, but I need a degree to fill a block on my resume
In that case, either psychology or elementary education so you can spend a few years scouting some of the better talent on campus.

I have been in about 2.5 years. The work itself isn't awful, I enjoy working with suppliers, but I am in a bad situation. Horrible, incompetent boss, and getting paid terribly.
Also, my business degree isn't getting me in places like a specialized degree could. I am considering something like Radiology certification or something else I could get in 1-2 years. Any suggestions welcome.

Umm, take your retirement, go to school and get paid. That's what I do. Find a part time gig you enjoy or do stuff out of your house to make $$$.
* You're going to need to figure out what you want to do. Transition after a long stent in the military to civilian life is different than you think.
School will also be different than you think. Be like most of us vets, enjoy school while you're getting paid, make up time with family, and you'll figure out a few options during that time.
Take a variety of classes to get a feel for it too. You might not like the business degree. You might take a class that inspires a different field.

If you’re doing it just to fill a block, business. At your age, most of what you will be taught, you either know or have an idea about. I was 38 when I went back, speaking from experience.

To HR personnel Business Admin is the equivalent to a General Studies degree on a resume.
Based on your other post, I would definitely go with the PM Concentration, but think Management will be a better degree and can provide more opportunities for you.

If this is the truth PM all the way, you'll def have more oppurtunities with your background. You'll hate your life if you go finance. Thanks for your service and good luck dude.

Bachelor's of Science in Business Admin with Finance concentration or Project Management concentration.
Bus Admin is a useless degree.
Go with a BS in Finance, with a Minor/Concentration/Focus in PM

Is there a lot of people in the field with a supply chain management degree? Or people looking for that degree

Instead of finance do accounting

Technology, accounting, statistics.
Can’t go wrong with that combo.

My degree is likely to be useless regardless of what I get... I'm not selling my degree like some kid out of college, I'll be selling my 20+ years of experience in management and leadership.

I have a Bachelor’s in Finance. Only did it because it looks better than General Business and thought it would personally help me with understanding retirement savings and market strategies. It helped me a lot for personal money management but I got a job in IT so the concentration was ultimely irrelevant for work. In a nutshell, do what you find to be enjoyable. Something you really want to learn about. Because at the end of the day, it’s about the fact that you have that piece of paper, not what’s written on it.

Then pick a fun degree. You are going to get paid. It's adding higher education to your resume. I'm a business student right now and I'm honestly thinking about switching to medical field.
