Why would you invest in a country with a socialist president

It seemed like a compelling idea with good upside. A boutique hotel in San Telmo. Was looking good until squatters took over and one paralyzed himself falling off a ladder they stole from the construction workers, sued us and won.

That’s a bummer. Well if Argentinians are serious and this wasn’t just a complete protest vote things could be changing down there. I heard about 6 years ago the youth in South America was all libertarians and I’m not sure I really believed it until now. But the youth totally voted this guy in.

They have a horrible economy due to socialism and record inflation. The people are so pissed they elected a radical libertarian to try to save things. The youth in basically all of the southern tip Latin American countries are libertarians fed up with their governments. Whereas the youth in America are often socialists. If america doesn’t wake up from its self destructing path these countries might have a better future. Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Argentina is probably the worst off right now by far, but maybe this guy can fix things

That doesnt answer my question.....you said that ranch would be a good place to flee to....I asked what makes it a good place to flee to

The reason I asked, that land will most likely decrease in value over the next few years.

Would think this board, especially the poli board, would love the new guy. He’s cutting 10 of 18 government agencies, expanding gun rights, cutting taxes, and limiting abortion. He’s also trying to legalize the buying and selling of human organs which maybe isn’t ideal.

His interviews calling liberals communist shits are hilarious.

It’s a ranch in the middle of nowhere and you can make your own money on it. I’m not sure what else you are looking for. You can buy a ranch wherever you want and it’s the same thing. I just think Argentina could have a bright future and it’s cheap as shite

They see Argentina and get triggered. This board has a hatred for Hispanic people like no other. Never mind the fact Argentina is probably whiter than American by this point

Don’t see that happening, he is making a policy of competing currencies. Everybody already uses the American dollar (under the table before this guy) the Argentinian peso will probably stop being used at some point
