13k acre ranch for 800k USD in Argentina. Yes I know all about Argentina’s horrific inflation and such but if the new president can turn things around this could be a good place to flee if America ever gets bad enough.

frick Argentina and it's corruption. It's a fun place to visit and abuse the exchange rate and black market for American money. I made the mistake of investing there once and never again.

They have a horrible economy due to socialism and record inflation. The people are so pissed they elected a radical libertarian to try to save things. The youth in basically all of the southern tip Latin American countries are libertarians fed up with their governments. Whereas the youth in America are often socialists. If america doesn’t wake up from its self destructing path these countries might have a better future. Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Argentina is probably the worst off right now by far, but maybe this guy can fix things

That’s a rip off. Anything posted online, especially by a real estate agent, is going to be way pricier than just finding a deal in person in the foreign country.

Firearm policy is not great. You can own them with licenses but the main problem is you can’t carry a loaded gun around, you literally have to have the ammo separate. Which, of course, defeats the purpose of using it for self defense. Now for defending your property you might be ok.
