I make a reasonable assertion based on studies that link mental illness and murderers. Studies that show schizophrenia and bipolar disorder amount to 33 percent of all mass killings. Well folks, he was given an instruction that he litterally could not follow nor could any other person. At one point he was told to holster the gun, which is impossible because it had a foot long 80 round magazine. The pictures clearly show the mag extending to his elbow.
If there was a mag limit of 20-30 bullets, he might have run out before killing his last one. Clearly an NRA responsibility .
