Fog stops all incoming flights at MSY

SIAP. Just came out about 30 minutes ago. Going to be a long day for some of you jet setters.

Got family scheduled to land around 11P tonight. Will be interested to see how this affects them.

I didn't grab the last sentence when quoting but it says fog is expected to move out by noon. Hopefully they won't be affected

Coming back from Disney, in November of '18, we sat in Houston for 2 hours waiting for the fog to clear at MSY... It happens..
It took like 25 minutes to get back to NO, they were literally hauling arse to get the flight back on schedule..

didn't last long. i work on williams and flights are landing as we speak. no fog to speak of on the commute this morning either.

It's been brutal the past three weeks with offshore chopper flights being cancelled.
There are some unhappy baws that work on the platforms in the gulf.
