Anybody actually do this? I think flossing is probably a ploy by big dentistry to line their own pockets. The man says you should do it once or twice a day. This is nonsense. There's no way people are flossing once a day let alone twice.

You only need to floss the ones you want to keep. The others are a waste of time.

I've flossed once a day at night for as long as I can remember....I haven't had a cavity or any dental work outside of routine cleanings since I had braces when I was a teenager...I'm 41 now.

I floss occasionally and use a waterpik daily. It works for me.

I floss every night while I'm watching tv in my recliner... have the handheld ones that are green and mint flavor.

Not a flosser unless I eat certain foods. Not much gets stuck in my teeth/gums.
Mouthwash day and night tho.

I floss nightly. After meals I have a pick that I use.

I floss with my chewing tobacco. The thin pieces work the best. Haven’t had a cavity in 12 years

Strange - I floss after every meal, sometimes even with the same segment of floss.
