What's up with these Florida women drivers

quote:

The woman who was charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a family on the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway in 2017 has been sentenced to 50 years in prison.
quote:

Amber Perera, according to prosecutors, was intoxicated and driving a Kia more than 120 mph on the Selmon Expressway when she crashed into the family's Hyundai.
quote:

The family, identified as Luis Felipak, 41, Rita Felipak, 29, and Georgia Felipak, 8, died after their Hyundai careened across the median, entered the path of another Jeep and SUV and then burst into flames.
quote:

After the crash, Perera left the scene but was followed by a witness until she stopped.

The Lee Roy Selmon Expressway?

OK, I can see driving like hell on that because you’ve got a HOF defensive end chasing your arse. Even a zombie one.

I didn’t think a Kia could hit 120MPH.

Our local judges and DA will put you in jail for going over 100 mph.

My point was that it is probably the most important part of the story but you left it out of the OP.
