Florida Strikes Again! Cannabilism?

A neighbor heard screaming and tried to help, but he was also stabbed by Moore, according to deputies. The neighbor was rushed into surgery and is expected to survive, officials said. Deputies said they also found a woman's body inside the garage of the home. It took 4 deputies and a K-9 to take Moore into custody, authorities said. Flakka is a helluva drug...if it was flakka. And for the sake of accuracy, in the well know case from 2012 the only foreign substance found in Rudy Eugene's bloodstream was THC. Austin Harrouff below
