No idea. Barry Obama deported more than 300,000 in his time as President. Not one got a hearing.

Because without a hearing there's nothing keeping you from being deported even if you're a citizen. To me the sole purpose of a hearing should be to establish citizenship.

I am sure this will get down votes but I don't trust your average federal govt worker to actually care if the person they want to deport is actually an alien or a citizen.

I don’t have the trust in many of them to actually try and deport them if they are here illegally.

How hard is it to produce a birth certificate, passport, or other proof. I don't buy your premise.

I have my passport dumbass look at my screen name. I can produce my birth certificate in 20 minutes. I have my drivers license and my social security card on me too.
