Damn, gotta stay off them drugs...
quote:

A Jacksonville mom was arrested by St. Johns deputies Sunday after they said she left the scene of a crash with her infant son in the car.
quote:

According to a St. Johns County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Selina Marie Townsend, 20, rear-ended a red Toyota at State Road 2017 and I-95 and left the scene.
quote:

When deputies approached her, she told them, "I was driving and hit a pole" and "I'm working to get my license fixed."
quote:

When asked about the welfare of the baby in the car seat in the back of the car, Townsend told deputies she was unaware that the child was in the car and identified him as her son.
quote:

The passenger in the car told deputies the woman took Xanax and smoked marijuana at an earlier time.
quote:

The arrest reported stated Townsend was "extremely unorganized" had "slurred speech" swayed repeatedly and "constantly salivating out the mouth."

A good lawyer should be able to make the case that she shouldn't be charged for having him in the car if she didn't know he was there.

Yep and she sure doesn't need to be a mother. I feel sorry for her son.

So sad for the infant son. Hopefully they take him away from her and he'll get adopted by parents who will love him and will keep him safe.

yes. Let's have the govt steal someone's baby and give him away bc the mother has a problem.

Okay, so let's have the baby stay with his oxygen thief mother, right? I'm sure he will turn out just fine... GTFOH with that crap.
