I would vote not guilty. Dude had 100 chances to get caught. Its not his fault airlines are dumb apparently.

I fly for free on an employee pass. Half the time they don't check my ID and the other half they barely glance at it. That's the over-stressed, under-paid gate agents who DGAF.
But he still has to log into an employee account and list himself on the standby list and go through TSA where they do check IDs so I'm not really sure how he pulled this off.
