It should probably read “man in California by way of Florida by way of Indiana or Ohio craps mustard in holding cell.”
Notice California doesn’t play around. Guy has already screwed up and is in jail in two days. Florida should take note. When the scum hits the border, Florida should be ready to send it right back to the Ohio valley s*^%hole from whence it came.
