Yeah that plan isn’t legal. I am not sure how you can force someone who isn’t suspected of committing a crime to be interrogated.Rhode Island was stopping people with NY tags to question them and that is being challenged.

Courts are closed for general business but if something is deemed an emergency they will find a way to hear it.

If they handle it like the airports, they get your info, where you're going and monitor you. How the hell they do that is beyond me. Can't imagine they have law enforcement or DOH staff to do such a thing.

I don’t blame him for keeping Louisianians out due to infection rate here.
I think this move is funny and hypocritical considering how Florida left beaches open during spring break and aided the spread this crap all over the US.
