Down voted for pointing out the truth

No. Down voted for being unobservant. The dog started attacking the man at 53 or 54 seconds into the video. The police officer started trying to cuff him at about 56 or 57 seconds. Question: How do you think the dog got out of the vehicle if the dog didn't start attacking the man until after the cops tried to cuff the man? Come on, dude. Think this stuff through. Both the dog and the cop got out of the car at the same time.

The officer was trying to cuff the man well before that but not physically wrestling with him yet. He was standing in front of the guy who was on his knees refusing to lay down as directed and kept telling him to lay face down when the dog came out of the car. As soon as the dog arrives you see the officers hands reach toward the dog. You think they both covered the same amount of ground in the same time? Lol.

Ok Thinktank. Why am I an idiot?

I am not about to be fired for turning a molehill into a mountain, nor am I about to cost the taxpayers a few hundred thousand.

You have to be fricking with me. I don't buy that you are having this much difficulty following what happened. No. Did I say they covered the same amount of ground in the same amount of time? No, I said the dog arrived a few seconds before the cop arrived. Clearly. Plain as day that is what I wrote. The cop also did not enter the frame until after the dog ran in front of it. Indisputably. When the man was on his knees prior to that the cop had not yet approached the man. Indisputably. He was probably giving order either from or by his car.

Having been arrested. At that point the law is on your side. This guy didn't do anything wrong to warrant that. Their should be a special jail for cops where all they do is break rocks 20 hours a day.

And the dog should have released after being into him for a few seconds to see if he would now fully comply.

Just so I am clear here... The DOG is supposed to know to release, check on the guy, decide if he is complying or not, and then re-engage or stay dis-engaged based on what the DOG sees?

That dogs job is to tear the bad guy a new one until the officer pulls him off.

Another person becomes wealthy because the cop just wanted the dog to chew somebody up. Not a cop hater here but letting the dog grab him at that point when he was on the ground was not appropriate. Oh well.......

Oh well.. that's where we've arrived as a society. Hillary and Trump - oh well. Militarized cops - oh well. Radical Muslims strangling all forms of society - oh well. Runaway debt - oh well. We're a nation full of pussies.
