I think it would be cool if they did a hunger games style thing with death row/life in prison inmates. Put 20 of them out there and the winner gets a clean slate.

100% true, unfortunately, more inmates means mo money!!! Longer stays means longer money and nore of that longer money.
All a joke. Private prisons are the worst.
