Stateline BBQ in El Paso has a TX address but you can walk over to the NM side, they have a line drawn, I'd guess all laws fall under the TX jurisdiction so I'm guessing Florabama will be shutdown

It’s a restaurant only now where you can sit at a table outside on the beach or under their big tent. You can order food and drinks from the table and they bring it to you. All insides are closed except the gift shop.

The place is just too big. Waited in line for close to 30 minutes to get in. Lost just about all the people I went with. Getting old sucks I guess
