Dip them in used motor oil. Pro tip, don’t discuss it with the wife beforehand.

Spray inside and outside of home with 7.9% bifenthrin. Spray again every 7 days later for a month. Flea eggs hatch every 7 days so multiple sprayings are necessary.

Bathe dogs with an insecticidal soap every 7 days, for a month.

Flea eggs hatch every 7 days. You must do multiple treatments for 4 -6 weeks.

Nexguard

This. It'll start killing active fleas within hours and protect for like 30 days. Aint cheap...about $30 per pill. I think you need a prescription but your vet should have some in stock. Get one or two from your vet then begin your normal cycle of ordering from Chewy or the like.

Could also spray nyguard. It can be sprayed inside/outside/food safe/etc.

But I agree with everything ChewyDante said. Bathe the dogs and kill the ones on them immediately.

Most vets will prescribe capstar pill for current flea infestations. In conjunction with a preventative.

Usually capstar works within 24 hours.

Buy "Purple Python" cattle tags from Tractor Supply or other Farm Stores.
Staple them to the dogs collar. Eliminates fleas and ticks, for months.
I've used them for years on my beagles.
No problems.

Bravecto. U have to get it from a vet. One pill, last 5 or 6 months. You'll never have a flea problem again. Guaranteed. It's a wonder drug.

Get them on Bravecto. It kills fleas and ticks for 3 months. I live in the country and my dogs are all over the woods all the time and I've never found a single flea on them or in the house.

Tried going with the non-prescription route, but once I saw a flea on my couch, went ahead and got my dog a monthly prescription. Haven’t seen one since.

That would be a preventative, not a treatment. The OP needs treatment for active fleas.
Negative.
