I always liked Tampa. Channelside and Legends Field were always cool.

But Tampa...?

Now they can join black fraternities with no additional penalty.

Unfortunately, this scummy stuff isn’t limited to Florida. Trafficking victims everywhere are very frequently tattooed with something to show that they are property of a certain pimp.

Are you that naive to think that doesn't happen in all 50 states?

Apparently... but I’m pretty sure that “trafficking” includes “forced/coerced prostitution”... I could be wrong though

In some trafficking cases, the tattoo could be a barcode.
“These barcodes are written in such a way by these tattoos and tattoo artists, that if you scan that with your smart phone it’ll tell you she’s $25 or she’s $30," said Wilkett. "The one that I saw was $30."

Yeah, I'm sure there is some form of forcing that goes into it but I feel that I would have heard more about a "Human Trafficking" ring in the Tampa area if it were that big of an issue.

and Pasco County being in Tampa is like saying Walker is in Baton Rouge
