The saddest thing is the number of sick fricks who get away with it. I've seen two cases recently that are prime examples.

In one case the perp was found not guilty,even though the child testified and had evidence to back her up.

In the other case the whole process has drug out four long years. The victim is now 11 and says she just wants to put it all behind her and "can't remember most of it now anyway". This has been the defense strategy the whole time, drag it out until the child and their family gives up. They muck up the system with delay after delay, trying to run out the clock. It's sickening to see.

Taking human life should never be done lightly. But after seeing the affects of child abuse first hand, I'd gladly volunteer.

If found guilty I wouldn't be opposed to putting a few bucks in the accounts..... Hell I would even buy a dvd of these scumbags getting a dose of the prison welcoming committee.
