Fitness board: What that workout look like today baw?

What you baws do to get that Monday pump? I personally blasted those lats and traps:

Upright barbell military press
Dumbell side laterals
Bent over crossover cable laterals
Upright row
Machine shrugs
Front dumbell laterals

Gonna hit up chest today

Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
DB Flyes
Cable Flyes
Top it off with some dips and call it a day.

Bench press
Incline barbell press
Decline cable fly
Dips
Finish with plate loaded machine press

Abs and 2-3 mile jog.
