Yep. There are. They’re called people who don’t give a shite about their health. Gum disease is another cause of strokes, ya know? It’s also a sign that your arteries may be in very bad shape.

I went after dipping for 14 years but had quit recently before and it’s crazy how quickly it started recovering. No permanent damage just some tooth drift on the bottom. Just get them cleaned that whitener is like an extended warranty on a car.

I have dipped for 10 years. My hygenist knows it and just cleans the shite. She just says to switch sides so I don’t rock one side more than the other.
Teeth look great, I whiten, floss and brush twice a day. I’m gonna die eventually so it’s whatever.

I went about 6 or 7 years and I expected the worst. I brush twice a day and dipped a little at the time and surprisingly they said my teeth were in good shape and really clean. Quit dipping and was chewing sunflower seeds all day long and when I went back in 6 months they could see some damage to my gums. Gave up both and go for my cleanings every 6 months.

Yeah I tried the sunflower kick. Went a couple days without a dip but that salt seemed like it fricked up my gums even more
