If my options are stay home or dive around for five hours to get Burger King, I think I’ll just stay home

At least we don't consider mudbugs to be 'fine dining'.

Crazy Horse in Port Allen. Hopefully they'll have a grand reopening buffet!

Ignorant? Or naive?

Congrats on living in a part of the country which has not seen the pandemic affect them YET. It will, you'll change your attitude towards quarantine, and you'll never swallow your pride and admit it.

Most of us living in and around Covid hotspots such as New Orleans/Jefferson parish are following the laws and mandates because we are educated enough to understand our roles in this virus spreading. I have no fear of my personal illness from contracting the virus; however, I do care about inadvertently spreading it to unsuspecting patients and staff in the hospital, which may suffer greatly from those who are too proud to properly quarantine.

I've grown to hate the overused internet speak/phrases that you see sheep using on social media. The phrase "but you do you" comes to mind here. But it's actually the opposite. In these circumstances, please don't "do you."

I will wait a while after the lockdown ends. The virus won’t be “gone” then you’ll have places filled with Wuhan people

I somehow had the foresight to get a haircut just days before restaurants and whatnot were shutdown. Believe it was March 13. Everything was shutdown aside from takeout/delivery that following Wednesday, and now even more things are shutting down.
