Can't say for sure, but it was probably either Stripes (I wish I was a loofah scene), Porky's, or one of those Burlesque shows they used to show on HBO in the early 80's.

When we first got cable around 1981 or so, Showtime would air some B-movie soft core stuff late at night. One movie was Emanuelle that showed skin. Another was Montenegro.

I can't remember the first but I remember some of the ones mentioned so far. One I have not seen mentioned is Rebecca Demornet in Risky Business. If I recall there was some side-boob action and grinding going on there.
I also recall a scene in Weird Science where all of the stuff in the house is getting blown out, and some chick grabbing hold of a piano or something and her clothes get ripped off. I can't remember if she got buck naked or not but I recall always looking forward to that scene.
