Oh please. So this was all a gigantic conspiracy by the police? Yeah right. In this day and age of Facebook and Twitter no word of this massive conspiracy by the police has leaked? LoL.
I worked for the government for a long time and will be the first to tell you how inept, corrupt and self-serving government can be but that general incompetence and self-serving attitude of its workers means one thing. There are no conspiracies. None. If more than one person knows, that other person will run their mouth for personal or political reasons. There is just no way that they started this whole thing on purpose and have managed to keep it a secret.

That is not they question at hand though. If you want to compare to suspicion of DUI fine.
How long should they be able to hold someone after they passed the breathalyzer? That is the question here. They should be released immediately if there was no proof a crime had been committed. Anything else would get their little shite city sued out of existence, exactly what needs to happen here.
If the fine people of Waco want their department run that way they should have zero complaints paying the exorbitant insurance rates and settlements/verdicts headed their way.

Mostly just contrarian trolls just looking to rile up Darth. Darth's blowups are getting fewer and farther between though, so as a result they are stepping up their game. It's all just entertainment to me, really.
Darth does start good and informative threads though, so I will continue to read them.
