Finance: Is it FY-nance or FA-nance?

This is a Skillet level dumb thread. I have literally never heard anyone pronounce that word as FA-nance.

FYE-NANCE is used like you're going to FYE NANCE a car, etc.

FA-nance is how I always heard Finance majors pronounce it. Everyone else would call it FY-nance.

FY-nance while youre studying it or in general talk, FA-nance can only be used by those who hold a degree in the field.

More people say fuh-nance than you would think, especially older southern folk. It's not that outlandish.
