SECR helped a little I'm sure, but the thread died fairly quickly. I may go bump it though.
It's on reddit as well (so is the ASU one, and for a lot longer).

I expect if we win whomever we play will get a boost from Vinny. But I don't see him being as dedicated to the cause if he's out of the running.
Would be awesome if we played LSU people in the next round(s) so that whatever he did, he had to vote for LSU.

His bots are definitely on...I went there, and waited about 15 seconds to click refresh, and he had gotten about 50 votes.

Playing devil's advocate because you're one of my favorite posters here, but if you're still outgaining him, how can you accuse him of botting? I'd be careful about making these kind of allegations, especially if the contest people read this. Neither you nor he can control what other people do.

I just looked through all of the "big" ASU football forums and I couldn't even find one thread on the front page about the vote.

We've suspected he used scripts/bots before this week, purely based on his numbers and how/when he gets them...it was fishy long before now. We wondered about it again this week when he erased a 3K vote lead and got up by 7K in a single night. And last night he more than doubled that from the hours of about 10-6 AM (his time).
Sure, there is a chance he could be getting them legit, but I just don't believe that he is. I'm not outright accusing anybody of anything, but I think there is something shady at play with him, and it almost seems like he's trying to do it when nobody is watching (middle of the night). His votes don't usually move much during the day.
And I'm sure he thinks we're cheating. But we at least have this thread chock full of people dedicating their days/week to throwing down votes.

It's impossible to not receive any votes during the day then magically get 20k overnight without cheating.
The contest people should eliminate them. It's pretty obvious our votes are legit as they are evenly spread throughout the day with probably hundreds of IP addresses.
