That's enough to screw up everything. Not to mention the things that aren't in the water get damp and mildew. My MawMaw flooded three times , it's not fun cleaning mud out of a house and watching your grandparents cry.

I definitely feel bad for them. But we live in Louisiana. A flood (or bad weather like hurricane or tornado) should be expected at some point in most places. I bet more people are covered for house fires that will most likely never happen and not covered for a flood in this state.
At this point it would make me feel a lot better about our state if there were threads that said we were flooded but prepared and kicked its arse because that is what we do in Louisiana.

I find it funny when people say "I'll keep them in my prayers" when they read things like this. I'm sure that'll do a lot of good.
