I have raging tinnitus in both ears. It’s a 24 hour roar. I have 70% loss in left ear and 30% in right. I’ll have them shortly.

That’s what mine are doing. They cut in and out and back and forth between left and right. Very irritating when on the phone because I miss some of the conversation.
