Delopmental and operational - and yes they fly everything but the F-22 - including F-15 , F-16, A-10,

External tanks are mounted on station 2,5,8.. thats 2a&b. & 8a&b dumbass
You can’t load missles where the tanks are hung -they are mounted on rails above the tank or bombs.

I flew F-15s off of aircraft carriers in Vietnam after graduating from West Point. I can tell you beyond any shadow of a doubt that the F15 can carry wing tanks and missiles on the same pylon.
