The wife and I were shopping at HEB this afternoon. There were no fights, but the toilet paper shelf was nearly bare.

What's the deal with this?
Are people stocking up fearing production will shut down or that there will be a point in which no one will be allowed to leave their house?
I really don't get the need to stack up on toilet paper.
The only thing I can come up with is that they are worried toilet paper companies will put a hold on production for awhile or they think at some point they will not be able to go out to buy it.
