I wrote out a long post earlier, complaining about old people, and i fricking closed the tab.frick me.

so im just getting back to my car after an arousing 11 mile hike through the wildness right. and nearby where I parked is some petroglpyh shite. So im like, aight cool lemme go see what this shiz is before i peace out.

So I had over, walk down this short trail, some old dude and his wife are there. i try to give em space cuz they are masked up for #Covid and i didnt have a mask on me. Dude turns to me as hes leaving and says:
"You know this trail is covered with poison ivy"
me: "oh really? thanks for letting me know"
Him: "you probably already walked through it"

im like, wtf kind of comment is that. like what do you want me to say now after the fact.

so i say: "oh, well i typically dont react to poison ivy" /have hikes thousands of miles through wooded areas. never had a problem with plants.
him: give some skeptical sounding look/remark
me: "well i just tromped 11 miles through these woods anyway so it doesnt really matter"
him: "ok just wanted to let you know, have a nice day!"


man frick this dude. now hes living rent free in my head. what the frick was the point of that conversation? hey watch out for poison ivy, you prob already touched it! haha get fricked!

Like what the frick dude, why are you lecturing me on poison ivy when you are engaging an unmasked me in conversation when you are wearing a mask so its clearly a concern for you. This makes no sense. Go away before i breathe on you.

I'm immune to poison ivy so I would have went and pulled up an armful and dumped it on them.
