Everyone here says this but I never see people doing indoors in public places. However I often see people doing it outside of restaurants, grocery stores etc.

I see it all the time. Especially at bars. Cig smokers go outside, douches with vapes just let em rip inside.

I don;t know much about e-cigarettes. But I thought they contained no tobacco, right? If that's the case, how can they fall under this law?

The regulations I'm familiar with regulate tobacco products on the basis of their being produced from tobacco. Since the nicotine used in e-cigs is from tobacco there was an opening for them to try and regulate.

Personally I'm not sure it is a good idea. I'm not aware of any evidence to suggest second hand vapor can cause cancer making the primary reason to regulate a non-issue.

So you think douches sitting in a bar vaping is trashy? Well I think sitting in a bar is trashy too. But you enjoy sitting in a bar just like he enjoys vaping. How about you stop being a whinny little bitch on the internet and instead man up and tell the vaper to his face that he's trashy.

Including premium cigars in this legislation is ludicrous. Not one time have I seen a child, teen, hell even a young adult smoking a premium cigar.

I firmly believe in sin taxes, but this sort of regulation of premium cigars is going to stunt a niche market that has 0 impact on today's youth.

Nope , the government knows what's best for you , they're taking away something you like , too bad ...

I will be happy the day we have no privledges , I think it's great ... You do what they say you can do .....

I used vaping to quit smoking and I currently am half way to my goal of eradicating nicotine from my life.

I treat it exactly as smoking. I go to "smoking areas" to do it, don't do it around crowds and don't do it around my kids.

Call me trashy all you want, but this is the only thing that has made me feel like I can really quit cigs for good. By the end of the summer I will also quit the vape.

This.

I can't remember the last time I had a cigarette. Vaping is the ultimate quitting tool.

all the language i just read was using "tobacco products"

I'm pretty sure e-cigs don't have any tobacco whatsoever in them.

Is freedom too much responsibility for you to handle? Rather just leave it up to the benevolence of government?
